Intermediate Level 2

The course covers the understanding and application of the following:

  • Dealing with enquiries and providing accurate information
  • Developing customer service skills
  • Producing accurate documents
  • Planning and prioritising tasks
  • Working as part of a team and developing your problem solving and listening skills

Course Content:

  • BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF)
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT – these can be obtained if needed during the course
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • End point assessment consisting of 3 assessments: multiple-choice question (MCQ) knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and project presentation.

Length of Programme:

  • 12-18 months

Advanced Level 3

The course covers the understanding and application of the following:

  • How to design documents, including spreadsheets and word templates
  • Identify business trends and skills gaps to confirm development needs
  • Support the organisation of projects to project deadlines
  • Analyse and report information
  • Order and distribute stationery and supplies

  • BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF)
  • Principles of Business and Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT – these can be obtained if needed during the course

  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
